Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Engram (engramskill.com and the Engram practice app) and any course you buy. Engram is operated by Asha Prakash Panda, an individual trading as Engram, of Plot No. 132, Forest Park, 1st Floor, Bhubaneswar 751009, Odisha, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). The business will move to APSARA EdTech Labs, a partnership firm in Bhubaneswar, Odisha; we will update these terms and tell pass holders when it does. Your pass continues unchanged.

1. What Engram is

Engram is an online SQL practice product. It schedules practice cards so you retain what you learn. Queries run in PostgreSQL inside your own browser.

2. Courses and passes

  • We sell Core SQL, Advanced SQL, and a Combo of both.
  • Each purchase is a 24-month pass to the course(s) bought, starting on the date of purchase.
  • There is no automatic renewal. We never store your card and never charge you again without your action.
  • When a pass ends, nothing is deleted. Your progress stays visible, the free chapters stay available, and the review schedule pauses until you buy again.
  • Advanced SQL assumes the knowledge taught in Core SQL.
  • One chapter of each course (Core SQL Chapter 2 and Advanced SQL Chapter 7) is free, without an account or payment.

3. Prices

  • Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars, and in Indian rupees for buyers in India.
  • Launch prices apply to purchases completed on or before 31 January 2027. From 1 February 2027 the regular prices apply. A pass bought at the launch price keeps its full 24 months.
  • Taxes are calculated and added at checkout where required.

4. Payment — Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Outside India you can pay by card and the other methods Paddle offers at checkout; in India, prices are in rupees and you can pay by UPI. By buying, you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms.

5. Your account and use

  • A pass is for one person. Do not share your account or resell access.
  • Do not copy, scrape, republish or redistribute the course content, cards or datasets.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
  • We may suspend access that breaks these rules, after notice where reasonable.

6. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Content and changes

We own the course content and the Engram name and logo. We improve the course over time; content may be added, corrected or reorganised during your pass. We will not remove a course you have paid for during your pass.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Engram available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Engram is an educational tool; we do not guarantee any exam, interview or job outcome. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pass concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
