Refund Policy

Engram is sold by Asha Prakash Panda (trading as Engram) through Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which processes all refunds.

Our promise

If Engram isn’t right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to ask

• Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or visit paddle.net, or write to support@engramskill.com with your order number.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.

After a refund

Access to the refunded course ends. Your progress in the free chapters stays.

Your legal rights

If the law where you live gives you stronger rights (for example, a 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK), those rights apply. Where such a right ends once you start using digital content, checkout will ask for your consent before access begins.
